The Terroir at Schloss Johannisberg is 50 hectares in size, and is positioned due south. A quartzite hill in front of the Taunus massif. With a slope of 45 degrees, the mountain stretches up to 182 meters above sea level. It offers the grapes a perfect exposure to the sun.
